1. 流行:(二)流行 流行(epidemic)是指一個地區(qū)某病發(fā)病率明顯超過歷年的散發(fā)發(fā)病率水平稱為流行. 流行與散發(fā)是相對的,各地應(yīng)根據(jù)不同時期、不同病種等作出判斷. 有時在實際工作中作用暴(或爆)發(fā)(性)流行一詞. 它表示在一個地區(qū)某病病例突然大量增多,
2. 流行性:一個傳染病,不論它的殺傷力如何,都會經(jīng)過三個階段:零散性(sporadic)、流行性(epidemic)和地方性(endemic). 一個零散性的感染是斷斷續(xù)續(xù)、零零星星地出現(xiàn),會在沒有擴散以前就消失掉,也可能進一步發(fā)展到第二階段的流行性.
